This standard establishes the general requirements for the organization and implementation of industrial environmental monitoring (other than radiation monitoring) by business and other entities. Designed for officials of organizations engaged in the development and application of organizational and administrative documents in the field of environmental protection and environmental safety. The provisions of this standard can be changed and supplemented as legislation, regulatory and methodological documents in the field of environmental protection and environmental management change.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие требования к организации и осуществлению производственного экологического контроля (кроме радиационного контроля) субъектами хозяйственной и иной деятельности. Предназначен для должностных лиц организаций, осуществляющих разработку и применение организационно-распорядительных документов в области охраны окружающей среды и экологической безопасности. Положения настоящего стандарта могут изменяться и дополняться по мере изменения законодательства, нормативных и методических документов в области охраны окружающей среды и природопользования
