The standard applies to raw smoked, half-smoked, cooked smoked, boiled, stuffed, liver and blood sausages, meat loaves, sausages, wieners, products from pork, lamb, beef, poultry and other types of slaughtered cattle (boiled, boiled-smoked, smoked - baked, baked, fried and smoked), salted bacon in half carcasses, brawn, jellies, pastes and minced canned food and establishes methods for determining moisture.
