This set of rules applies to the design, construction, operation, reconstruction, liquidation of disposal facilities for all types/names of industrial waste (tailings ponds, sludge storage facilities, ash dumps, overburden dumps, sludge pits, etc.). This set of rules does not apply to disposal facilities for radioactive, medical and biological wastes, solid municipal wastes
Настоящий свод правил распространяется на проектирование, строительство, эксплуатацию, реконструкцию, ликвидацию объектов размещения всех видов/наименований отходов производства (хвостохранилища, шламохранилища, золоотвалы, отвалы вскрышных пород, шламовые амбары и др.).
Настоящий свод правил не распространяется на объекты размещения радиоактивных, медицинских и биологических отходов, твердых коммунальных отходов
