The standard applies to optical joints of transmission systems with optical amplifiers and spectral compaction, as well as transmission systems without spectral compaction using optical amplifiers. The standard establishes the basic parameters of optical interfaces for fiber-optic transmission systems both with spectral compaction and without spectral compaction on the primary networks of the Interconnected communication network of the Russian Federation. The standard is intended for manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, operational communications enterprises, design and construction organizations, testing centers and laboratories for certification testing.
Стандарт распространяется на оптические стыки систем передачи с оптическими усилителями и спектральным уплотнением, а также систем передачи без спектрального уплотнения, использующих оптические усилители. Стандарт устанавливает основные параметры оптических стыков для волоконно-оптических систем передачи как со спектральным уплотнением, так и без спектрального уплотнения на первичных сетях Взаимоувязанной сети связи Российской Федерации. Стандарт предназначен для предприятий-изготовителей и поставщиков аппаратуры, эксплуатационных предприятий связи, проектных и строительных организаций, испытательных центров и лабораторий при сертификационных испытаниях.
