The recommendation establishes the goals, objectives, procedure for organizing and conducting assessment of the state of measurements in test, measurement laboratories (centers), laboratories performing production, analytical control, research and other tests and measurements. The recommendation is intended for use by organizations under the jurisdiction of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology — state scientific metrology institutes and state regional centers for standardization, metrology and testing accredited to ensure the uniformity of measurements for metrological expertise.
Рекомендация устанавливает цели, задачи, порядок организации и проведения оценки состояние измерений в испытательных, измерительных лабораториях (центрах), лабораториях, осуществляющих производственный, аналитический контроль, исследовательские и другие испытания и измерения. Рекомендация предназначена для применения организациями подведомственными Федеральному агентству по техническому регулированию и метрологии-государственными научными метрологическими институтами и государственными региональными центрами стандартизации, метрологии и испытаний, аккредитованными в области обеспечения единства измерений на проведение работ по метрологической экспертизы.
