The standard establishes the characteristics, technological norms and rules for building concrete blocks (hereinafter - the blocks). The blocks are intended mainly for use as cladding or masonry exposed to external impact, bearing or not bearing the load in cladding structures and civil engineering. Blocks are used for all forms of wall construction in regular rows or arbitrary masonry, including a single lightweight partition, hollow wall, internal partition, retaining or external masonry in chimneys. Blocks can provide fire protection, heat insulation, sound insulation. The standard applies to blocks similar to natural stone, produced by casting or pressing technology. Blocks can have a surface texture (texture), obtained by casting, washing, blasting or tooling, with a grooved, punctured or smooth front surface. The standard defines the performance characteristics relating to, for example, strength, density, dimensional accuracy, the appearance of the surface, and provides for an assessment of the compliance of a particular unit with this standard. Also included are labeling requirements for products covered by this standard. The standard does not apply to blocks, wall panels, blocks for chimneys or blocks made with sticky glued decorative film, or with a glued layer of thermal insulation material susceptible to fire. Also, the standard does not apply to blocks intended for use as a waterproof horizontal row of masonry, as well as blocks that meet the requirements of EN 71-3: 2011. The standard does not establish standard block sizes or working sizes and angles of blocks of special shape.
Стандарт устанавливает характеристики, технологические нормы и правила на строительные бетонные блоки (далее - блоки). Блоки предназначаются, главным образом, для применения в качестве облицовки или открытой для внешнего воздействия каменной кладке, несущей или не несущей нагрузку в облицовке сооружений и гражданском строительстве. Блоки применяют для всех форм возведения стен правильными рядами или произвольной кладкой, включая одиночную облегченную перегородку, пустотную стену, внутреннюю перегородку, подпорную или наружную кладку в дымоходах. Блоки могут обеспечивать противопожарную защиту, теплоизоляцию, звукоизоляцию. Стандарт распространяется на блоки, похожие на природный камень, изготовляемые по технологии отливки или прессования. Блоки могут иметь фактуру (текстуру) поверхности, полученную путем отливки, промывки, струйной очистки или обработки инструментом, с рифленой, колотой или гладкой лицевой поверхностью. Стандарт определяет рабочие характеристики, касающиеся, например, прочности, плотности, размерной точности, внешнего вида поверхности, и предусматривает оценку соответствия определенного блока настоящему стандарту. Также включены требования к маркировке продукции, охваченной настоящим стандартом. Стандарт не распространяется на блоки, стеновые панели, блоки для дымоходов или блоки, изготовленные с липкой наклеенной декоративной пленкой, или с приклеенным слоем теплоизоляционного материала, восприимчивого к воздействию огня. Также стандарт не распространяется на блоки, предназначенные для применения в качестве водонепроницаемого горизонтального ряда кладки, а также на блоки, отвечающие требованиям EН 71-3:2011. Стандарт не устанавливает стандартных размеров блоков или рабочих размеров и углов блоков специальной формы.
