The standard applies to processed products of fruits and vegetables, fruit and vegetable juices, nectars, juice drinks, fruit and vegetable concentrated juices, mashed potatoes and concentrated mashed potatoes, fruit drinks and concentrated fruit drinks, fruit drinks, jelly, including those made from dried fruits (dried fruits), jam, jam, jam (products) and sets the following methods for determining the mass fraction of sulfur dioxide: titrimetric with preliminary distillation of sulfur dioxide from the product (method A); iodometric with visual titration for light-colored liquid products (method B); coulometric with preliminary distillation of sulfur dioxide from the product (method B), as well as a qualitative method for the detection of sulfur dioxide.
