The standard applies to processed products of fruits and vegetables, fruit and vegetable juices, nectars, juice drinks, fruit and vegetable concentrated juices, mashed potatoes and concentrated mashed potatoes, fruit drinks and concentrated fruit drinks, fruit drinks, jelly, including those made from dried fruits (dried fruits), jam, jam, jam (products) and sets the following methods for determining the mass fraction of sulfur dioxide: titrimetric with preliminary distillation of sulfur dioxide from the product (method A); iodometric with visual titration for light-colored liquid products (method B); coulometric with preliminary distillation of sulfur dioxide from the product (method B), as well as a qualitative method for the detection of sulfur dioxide.
Стандарт распространяется на продукты переработки фруктов и овощей, фруктовые и овощные соки, нектары, сокосодержащие напитки, фруктовые и овощные концентрированные соки, пюре и концентрированные пюре, морсы и концентрированные морсы, компоты, кисели, в том числе изготовленные из сушеных фруктов (сухофруктов), джемы, повидло, варенья (продукты) и устанавливает следующие методы определения массовой доли диоксида серы: титриметрический с предварительной дистилляцией диоксида серы из продукта (метод А); йодометрический с визуальным титрованием для светлоокрашенных жидких продуктов (метод Б); кулонометрический с предварительной дистилляцией диоксида серы из продукта (метод В), а также качественный метод обнаружения диоксида серы.
