Instructions apply to the production of welding work when making reinforcement joints and embedded parts intended for reinforced concrete structures, and when installing precast concrete elements, as well as on the acceptance of these works. The instructions are intended for engineering and technical workers, skilled welders for rebar shops and installation sites, as well as laboratory workers.
